Conversion – Southwell


Our clients property is a period dwelling situated on a large plot within an established residential area.

The brief was to convert their existing garage into a gym and office space, and reposition a proposed carport with an attached log store nearer the entrance of the property.


Our concept was to create a spacious gym on the ground floor, and introduce a mezzanine floor to accommodate an office with access via a contemporary staircase in the corner.

The setting and period of the existing property is reflected within the new carport, utilizing materials that match the existing property with a timber clad lean-to functioning as a log store
